Summit Ranch is a 1- to 3-acre acreage community in southern Aledo, inside the Aledo ISD attendance lines and a short drive from the Walsh and Morningstar amenities.

Open Prairie has built and renovated multiple homes in Summit Ranch over the years. The community attracts families coming from denser parts of DFW who want acreage but aren't ready to commit to a 10-acre ranch.

Permitting is through Parker County. Most lots can be served by public water; septic is required throughout.
