Timberview Preserve is a 1- to 3-acre acreage community on the western edge of Weatherford, inside the Brock ISD attendance lines. The lots here are notable for their tree cover - mature post oaks, live oaks, and elms - and the gentle elevation that lets us design walk-out basements and view-oriented great rooms in ways most flat Parker County lots can't support.

Open Prairie has built and renovated several homes inside Timberview Preserve. Because of the tree density, lot selection matters enormously - the difference between a great build and a fight with the architectural review can come down to which oaks you keep and how the drive winds in. We'll walk the lot with you and tell you, candidly, what we'd save and what we'd take.

Permitting is through Parker County. Septic is required on every lot; well-vs-public-water varies by street.
