Most custom homes in our area run $250–$550+ per finished square foot. Open Prairie projects generally fall in the $1.2M–$4M+ range, with homes typically starting around $1 million - quoted transparently up front, with no allowance games.
How long does the construction process take?
Typically 12–14 months to build, plus roughly 3–6 months of design and permitting beforehand. Most of our homes deliver within two weeks of the original target date.
Can I customize my home design?
Yes - every plan is drawn for your land, your family, and the way you live, with multiple revision rounds. We'll also refine plans you already have.
Do you help with selecting materials and finishes?
Yes. You hand-pick every finish with Dan beside you in the showroom, and selections are written into the contract with real pricing attached.
Do you really build basements in North Texas?
Yes - and we're one of the only builders in the region who do them correctly. Dan learned basement construction in Colorado and adapted it to Parker County clay soil over three decades.
Can you build on land I already own?
Absolutely. We'll walk your lot, evaluate the build envelope, sketch a fit, and give you a transparent cost range before you sign anything. Land prep, well, and septic coordination are handled.
Do you build in rural areas like Brock or Peaster?
Yes - acreage and rural builds across Parker, Tarrant, and Wise counties are a core part of our work.
Do you build in lakeside areas like Possum Kingdom?
